course it's really a tragedy. I mean the theft of a bike. I spent nearly the urge to run a bike if I always have this anxiety. Thank goodness the situation here in Genoa is so severe: even without a bike lock left in front of a pub does not run great risks.
Yesterday for example I left Butch disconnected for 4 hours in University and I found unharmed in Milan ... But there are those who go around stealing pieces, that bike is completely disassembled and sold pieces to have high probability to be traced: they are quite rare pieces, such as the rear hub of Uorc!
Needless to say, I hope that this foul deed has a happy ending, that still would not do justice to the hundreds (thousands?) Of cyclists who remain on foot every year.

26 km are clearly divided. Even the weather was good and not exploit that sunny afternoon was a heresy. Jaca, Fausto and I met at the station after lunch and left. Fausto was the inaugural ride: he had just bought his "Coppi" race. Perhaps a bit 'risky as running around, but the bike did neither A nor BA ... the bike. Instead Fausto saw half crib while climbing uphill but came to the top with a smile on his face. Not that James and I as we were fresh roses: sang like Pavaotti thighs! The road is never very steep, but it seems to never give up. From that
sgambatella came out a video that I propose here. I am still a beginner of assembly, forgive me. And forgive the shaky hand: do I need a helmet camera in the door.

What I'm talking about? Last Thursday I started the final part of my internship: Santa Margherita Ligure in a branch of DIPTERIS I have to learn to recognize different groups of zooplankton and then writing a thesis on an annual cycle. The work is fun and the "technique" that follows me, friendly and talkative, said that graduate in July with all the exams is not impossible. So good.
Even better if we consider that back in Genoa bike there is really a bell'allenamento!
The first day I came back by train, but on Friday I loaded Butch region with the intention to do it by bike.
After 4 hours of "ordering data" to computer at the prospect of stretching a bit 'legs looks great, but after a few minutes of uphill you have changed your mind. With 2 turns to exit from the village of Santa Margherita and you get on the road at San Lorenzo. The road levels out for a mile, just long enough to drain the lactic acid, and then boosted back to the Ruta.
After the tunnel (less than 100 meters) and began the descent is immediately evident that it would be impossible to reverse the road bike too: dead on arrival at Santa Margherita and I could not concentrate at work. It 's a Recco beaten up, with only one bend to the left dry, and a breathtaking view over the gulf. If only there were calm to look at the view!

I have walked the last 5 km of road (St. Martin's - home) much more slowly because the traffic of the six in the afternoon did not allow for risk, then I had some 'breathing space ... but that hard work!

The authors are from the world of Ciclofficina popular, so they are rightly very focused on recycling of old bikes that have not yet had their day, but at the same time are very sensitive to innovations such as various sequential internal changes to the hub that are being developed lately.

It was too late to turn back.

But with my friends until we decide to stop at 17 to work on the project of Hygiene, so I have to take the 17:32 train and arrive home at 18.10 ... better than nothing!
I go to the station and while I think about how many things I can do nearly an hour before returning home: I I take a shower with calm, prepare lunch for tomorrow calmly, fuck a quiet moment on the internet with ...
arrived at the station for the 17:20 train and know that the 16:32 mark in the departure at that time by 45 minutes late ... I think selfishly:
cool! I leave 10 minutes earlier and the 16:32 train that makes fewer stops ! 17:50 For I could be at home ... 20 minutes before!
climb on the train (packed) I find Fanta, who had gone to Pavia to retrieve the correct argument.
I sit clinging to the hope that the train is actually leaving, but the scoreboard after 10 minutes, scores 55 minutes of delay ...
spend another 10 minutes and 65 marks ...
